SANTA CATALINA DE ALEJANDRÍA DE CAMOA PILGRIMS' CENTER AND MUSEUM
We invite you to learn about the spirituality of the Yoreme Mayo people at the Santa Catalina de Alejandría de Camoa Pilgrims' Center and Museum, which opened on November 25, 2022; this community belongs to the municipality of Navojoa, Sonora, Mexico, and was founded in 1614 by the Jesuit missionary Father Pedro Méndez.

Misión Kateri has published "The Book of Tuguri," a document that reveals the marvelous world of the Makurawe people, sharing their stories, memories, and rituals through the testimonies of members from this indigenous group in Sonora.
The book titled "St. Kateri Tekakwitha" was formally presented
The coloring book titled "St Kateri Tekakwitha, Pilgrim for Peace" was formally presented in the Yaqui community of Estación Oroz, Sonora, during a ceremony attended by children from this indigenous group.
